On November 1, 2022, St. Croix County Board of Supervisors approved the Town of St. Joseph amended Zoning Ordinance.

Zoning Applications:

Conditional Use Application Form –  submit to the Town Clerk-Treasurer office for review by staff before going to the Plan Commission and Town Board.

Variance Application Form – submit to the Town Clerk-Treasurer office for review by staff before going to the Board of Appeals.

Rezoning Application Form – submit to the Town Clerk-Treasurer office for review by staff before going to the Plan Commission and Town Board.

Administrative Appeal Application Form  – submit to the Town Clerk-Treasurer office for review by staff before going to the Plan Commission and Town Board.
