The Commission members generally meet twice per month on the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays at 7 o'clock in the evening, dependent upon holidays and other factors.

Each meeting may involve work to incorporate or entertain changes and updates to the town's ordinances. The first meeting of the month is primarily planned to consider property changes... whether they be new land divisions, requests for variances to existing ordinances, or recommendations for special exceptions or other matters. The members take time to visit the sites and consider the consequences of development.

This next year will be one of incredible changes as we move forward to anticipate the growth we will see from the new River Crossing. By having a strong Plan in place we can place controls on where and what kind of growth we will be experiencing. Your opinions are needed...we encourage you to attend our meetings and become involved.
