NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Town of St. Joseph Plan Commission will be conducting a public hearing on Wednesday, December 7, 2022 at 6:30 p.m., at the Town of St. Joseph, Town Hall, 1337 County Road V, Hudson, Wisconsin, to consider the following application:

CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT

APPLICANT:       Tyler Jacobson, Woodchuck Tree Care, LLC

LOCATION:        SEC 22, T.30N., R20W. Town of St. Joseph PID# 030-2029-50-300

ADDRESS:          1438 7^th Street, Houlton, WI  54082

REQUEST:           Conditional Use Permit under Chapter 170-46 (D) Contractor sales and service and (E) Contractor storage yard.
