Notice of Public Hearing-Resolution Discontinuing a Portion of Heron Lane

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
TOWN BOARD ACTION ON RESOLUTION
DISCONTINUING A PORTION OF HERON LANE, A TOWN ROAD

PUBLIC NOTICE is given to all persons in the Town of St. Joseph that a public hearing will be held on January 12, 2023 at 7:00 pm at Town Hall, 1337 County Rd V Hudson, WI 54016 to solicit comments on a resolution to discontinue a portion of Heron Lane, a Town road. All persons interested are invited to attend this hearing and be heard. Immediately following the hearing, the Town Board will meet and take action on the resolution discontinuing that portion of the town road. A scale map and legal description of the road to be discontinued is attached as Exhibit A. A copy of the proposed resolution is available at the Town Hall, located at 1337 County Rd V, Hudson, WI 54016.
